Tours are available every day of the week except Mondays.
Tours must be paid when the reservation is booked.
Age Parameters
Everyone must be 16 years of age to participate in tours excluding the Zoo tours which are 12 years of age.
Anyone under the age of 18 must have the rider waiver form signed by a parent or guardian.
Cancellation/Rescheduling/Refund Policy
Segway's are all-weather, so tours run rain or shine. There are NO REFUNDS but there is a 72 hour advance rescheduling policy. Gift certificates can also be issued in lieu of tour rescheduling.
